Mac.com verses Google/YouTube as regards Legal Ownership of Uploaded Video/audio/Text
I really am perplexed now Google has Glued itself to YouTube
My question come from me liking the response to my YouTube post then realizing I may not have copyright or some other essential ownership of it.
----> I have a separate website, but I am ill prepared to mount media on it.
----> Yes, I have a mac.com account - and my iLife seems designed to make incorporating media and blogs EASY enough for me.
----> But are there scary legal issues if I migrate my website to my iMac space?
----> And how does that affect me reaching NON MAC folks?
I want to get involved in building a web presence, but ..... I recall building a really good stand alone CD presentation on my Apple Media Tool, then realizing I couldn't sell it because APPLE didn't sell me the right to distribute "its software".
